Secure the Security Tag
Ensure the original FASHIONPHILE security tag remains attached and intact; items with removed or tampered tags are not eligible for return.
Package Your Item
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging along with all included accessories, dust bags, and authenticity cards.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number; refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt.
